FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to be a summri customer to be an affiliate?

No. Anyone with a free summri account can enrol. You don't need a paid subscription yourself.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are held 60 days from the date your referred customer paid the invoice (this is our refund-protection window). After that they're released into your balance. Payouts run monthly via Stripe Connect, with a £50 minimum to keep bank fees sensible.

How long is the cookie?

90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up any time in the next 90 days, you get credited. Last-touch attribution — if they click two different affiliate links, the most recent one wins.

What counts as a referral?

A new summri account that signs up via your link AND pays at least one invoice. Trials that never convert don't count.

Can I refer myself or my own company?

No. We automatically flag self-referrals and disqualify the commission. Same applies to circular referrals between connected accounts.

What happens if my referral cancels?

If they cancel within 60 days of a paid invoice, the commission for that invoice is reversed. Commissions for invoices they've already paid (older than 60 days) are yours to keep. Future months simply don't accrue.

Are there any caps?

No. Refer one customer or refer a thousand. Earnings scale linearly — there's no quota, no ceiling, no minimum.

Can I run paid ads on the summri brand name?

No — bidding on 'summri' or 'summri.ai' in Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., violates our affiliate terms. Same for typo-squat domains and cookie-stuffing. We monitor weekly and reserve the right to disqualify offenders.
