Hit “Connect Microsoft Teams” on your settings page. You'll be redirected to Microsoft's standard OAuth consent flow — same as any business app added to your tenant. Approve, and you're done. We start listening for new Teams transcripts immediately.

Your meeting happens. We're not there.
The meeting runs the way it always has. No participant labelled “summri bot” in the join list, no awkward consent prompt to your customers, nothing for the meeting organiser to do. When the call ends and Microsoft generates the transcript (usually 1–2 minutes), the Graph API notifies us.

Claude (anonymised, EU-routed, never trained on your content) reads the transcript and produces a structured document: title, purpose, attendees, summary highlights, key discussion points, decisions captured separately with rationale and dissenters, action items with owner / due date / status. Typical generation time: 30–60 seconds.
