Every meeting becomes a record.
Not just a transcript.

Most tools dump a wall of unsearchable text. summri.ai turns conversations into a system of record your team can search, track, and act on — minutes, decisions, action items, and a queryable archive that gets sharper with every meeting.

01 — Capture

No bot in your meetings. No awkward join.

Most meeting AIs join your call as a bot — visible to your customers, jarring in the participant list, sometimes blocked by IT. summri.ai works differently. We read your Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts after the call ends, via the Graph API. Nothing visible during the meeting. No third party in the room.

Three ways to get a transcript in:

  • Auto-capture (Teams): connect Microsoft Teams in one OAuth click. Every meeting you organise gets ingested automatically the moment its transcript is ready.
  • Org-wide auto-capture (Enterprise): one IT setup and every Teams meeting any tenant member organises is captured — no per-user rollout.
  • Manual upload: drag a transcript file (Zoom export, Google Meet, in-person notes, anything) into the dashboard. Works without OAuth — ideal for trying summri before connecting anything.
  • Speakers identified, attendance tracked from the source data

02 — Minutes

Structured output, not a wall of text.

Every meeting comes back as a document with the parts you actually need: purpose, attendees, summary highlights, key discussion points, decisions, action items, next steps. Not a paragraph of soup.

  • Speakers attributed to each summary bullet
  • Discussion points organised by topic with substantive prose
  • Action items with owner, due date, status, priority
  • Decisions captured separately with rationale + dissenters
  • Choose a template — board, 1:1, customer call, sprint retro

Q2 board review
22 Jun 2026 · 5 attendees · 48 min · 3 decisions · 9 actions
Revenue tracking 8% above plan; pipeline coverage strong into Q3.— Helena
Hiring freeze lifted on engineering; 3 senior roles approved.— Marcus
Approve Q3 expansion to 50 enterprise seats
Pipeline coverage justifies the investment; Helena has CFO sign-off.
03 — Action items

Commitments that actually close.

Every commitment becomes a tracked task with owner, due date, status, and comments. Notifications fire when items are due or overdue. External owners get a private magic link — no account needed, just enter the 6-digit code from their email and they can update status from any device.

  • Status flow: open → in progress → blocked / done / dropped
  • Due-date inference from natural-language targets (“EOD Friday” → date)
  • Repeated-commitment flagging when someone has 3+ open items
  • External owners: magic-link guest portal with 6-digit verification
  • Shared Kanban board across your org (Enterprise)

04 — Decisions

A decision log, not a blob summary.

Decisions are first-class objects. Title, rationale, dissenters captured separately so you can audit who decided what and why — months or years later. Senior people will pay for this alone.

  • Captured as structured records, not buried in prose
  • Inline-editable title and rationale
  • Dissenter list with reasons
  • Searchable across your archive
  • Citable in follow-up meetings via Ask summri

05 — Search & recall

Your meetings, answerable.

summri.ai reads every meeting in your archive and answers natural-language questions about them — with citations to the source meetings. Find a decision, recall a customer commitment, settle a “did we discuss this?” in seconds.

  • “When did we last speak with Acme?” → cited answer in seconds
  • “What did we decide about pricing?” → decision log with rationale
  • “Show me everything open for Sarah” → action item list
  • Citations link straight to the source meeting
  • Available on Enterprise

Your question
What did we decide about pricing for the Acme deal?

In the Q3 enterprise negotiations meeting on 16 Jun 2026, the team agreed to hold list prices but add a tiered Q3 discount for orders over 50 seats. Alex to send the formal contract Friday.

06 — Customisation

Tuned for your jargon, your team, your meetings.

Out of the box, summri.ai is opinionated. Your team will want it to be more so. Per-org glossaries normalise jargon. Custom templates shape the output for board meetings vs sales calls. Themes for visual preference. Domain terms get auto-corrected when STT mishears.

  • Glossary: org-wide + personal terms injected at minutes-generation time
  • Templates: board, 1:1, customer call, sprint retro, plus your own (Enterprise)
  • 13 visual themes — light, dark, pride, sepia, more
  • “Fix something” — correct any AI mistake in plain English; applies everywhere

07 — Security

Built for your tenant, not around it.

summri.ai works inside your Microsoft 365 tenant's own governance boundary. We don't add a third-party meeting bot. We don't store transcripts at any provider that processes data for training. UK-hosted infrastructure, AES-256 encryption at rest, full DPA.

  • UK-hosted PostgreSQL on our own VPS — not a US cloud provider
  • AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for every transcript + minutes
  • Anthropic (sub-processor) processes transcripts transiently — not stored, not used for training
  • Full Data Processing Agreement, GDPR-aligned
  • Audit log of every governance action (Enterprise)
  • External-org calls stay with their host — we only read meetings inside your tenant
